pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy Yoga is a beautiful opportunity to connect with your changing body and your unborn baby. Suitable from 13 weeks pregnant until birth, it is specifically designed to help you feel relaxed, calm and prepared for birth.

Together we will move through a variety of yoga poses that will help you safely and gently maintain strength and flexibility during pregnancy, whilst preparing your body for labour. We will also learn some key breathing techniques and soften into some dreamy guided relaxations and visualisations

The classes are also a lovely opportunity connect with other mothers, create a sense of wellbeing in your body and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for the birth of your baby.

Our Monday evening class is taught by Katie, a wonderful and highly experienced Pregnancy Yoga teacher.
